This is my first neon manicure.  It is really bright and fun.

Sinful Colors Snow Me White (first coat to help neon color stay bright)
Sinful Colors 24/7 neon pink
Stamped with Red Angel image place 104 and Konad Special Polish white

This was a really fun manicure.  I got the idea from this youtube video. The colors are mixed from a few different polishes to get just the right look and it was all hand painted. I really loved wearing this.
